Lamar Consolidated Independent School District 2014 Bond Program

Vanir-Rice & Gardner was selected as the Program Manager team to oversee $244 Million for the 2014 LCISD Facilities Capital Program. To address the rapid student growth, the $244 million will go toward building six brand new schools, purchasing land for future construction, facilities improvements, renovating existing schools and updating technology. Our services include prioritization and phasing of work, managing the design and construction contracts, including working with the owner and A/E on planning, programming, design, cost estimating and adherence to program and budget requirements.
