Rice & Gardner was selected as the Program Manager for the 2014 LCISD Facilities Capital Program which consists of 19 campuses and facilities. This program included the new 21st century construction and renovation of K-12 campuses. Our services include prioritization and phasing of work, managing the design and construction contracts, including working with the owner and A/E on planning, programming, design, cost estimating, and adherence to program and budget requirements.

Scope: New Elementary School for 750 students.

Scope: New Elementary School for 750 students.
Carter Elementary School
Scope: New Elementary School for 750 students.
Tamarron Elementary School
Scope: New Elementary School for 750 students.
Culver Elementary School
Scope: New Elementary School for 750 students. Total construction cost is $19.5 M.
Roberts Middle School
Scope: New 88,030 sf Middle School. Total construction cost is $19.3 M.
Fulshear High School Shell Space
Scope: Shell space buildout for 18 classrooms, 4 science rooms, and 1 prep room totaling 20,550 sf of interior space. Stud walls, casework, ceiling, MEP for classrooms in the existing Fulshear High School.

High School Practice Pools
Scope: Construction of 3 new practice pool facilities at Foster High School, Fulshear High School, and George Ranch High School

Scope: Phase 1 of a two-phased master plan: Design and construction of new dugouts, fencing, ticket booth, concession booth, restrooms, drainage, lighting upgrades, replacement or treatment of wood light poles on the softball field, and upgrades to the baseball and softball fencing and fields.
Lamar CHS & Terry HS Band Hall Expansion
Scope: Design and construction of a one-story 1,500 sf addition of the existing band hall that will be used for a separate rehearsal space.
Pink Elementary School, Foundation Repair
