Ron Keller has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of a project including, bond planning, master planning, program management, real estate development, schematic design, design development, construction documents, contract/construction administration and marketing. Ron has successfully managed commercial, educational, medical and higher education projects. Ron is a registered architect, AIA and NCARB member, and LEED AP. Ron’s expertise is team collaboration and client satisfaction.

Claude Yoas is a senior project manager with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Yoas is responsible for managing new projects and existing projects to break down structures and using critical path analysis to earn management value for RGCI. Mr. Yoas has extensive knowledge in MEP systems design, helping him work with design teams to manage communications with the client.

Jorge Huerta has over 18 years of experience as a project manager in both public and private sectors. Jorge has collaborated in a multitude of projects facilitating contract management and program administration services while establishing budgets, schedules, procedures and policies for a multi-project building program. Jorge has provided predesign and preconstruction services for projects that require early program consultation, contract procurement, designer selection guidance, relocation management, program budgets, infrastructure management, post-occupancy functional review, and more.
