Rice & Gardner was selected as the Program Manager to manage the new Student Center addition of 32,000 square feet total. The first floor consists of a dining area, art gallery, innovative lab classrooms and offices. The second floor includes offices that overlooks the dining spaces below which can be easily monitored. Dining area can accommodate up to 1,000 students and staff during two lunch periods.
