Rice & Gardner was selected as the Program Manager to manage the new Athletic Center addition of 65,300 square feet total. The first floor consisted of approximately 45,500 square feet, a second floor of approximately 12,400 square feet and a third floor of approximately 7,900 square feet, as well as some improvements to the field house and associated site.
Rice & Gardner executed manage planning, designing, and contract documents for the new athletic center which includes a weight room, gymnasium, history gallery, alumni room, and lobby. RGCI coordinated with the project architects, engineers, and contractors and other consultants, to ensure quality delivery of safe and secure learning facilities.
