Rice & Gardner provided Project Management services for Westside High School Culinary Arts Kitchen. The project consisted of renovating the existing culinary classroom by increasing the capacity of the multiple cooking areas and improving educational areas. Rice & Gardner performed facility surveys, code analysis, usage of existing/proposed systems, and evaluations necessary for the preparation of contract documents, specifications and construction administration.
