Rice & Gardner provided a district-wide facilities condition assessment for seven different campuses at Bellville Independent School District. The project consisted of undertaking a condition survey and assessment of the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), the controls systems, fire alarm system, passing bell system, intercom system, and the condition of the roofs.
