Rice & Gardner served as the MEP Engineering Team and Commissioning Authority for the replacement of Flour Corporation cooling towers. Services were provided during design, construction and post-construction. The systems included new cooling towers, hydronic pumps, variable frequency drives, hydronic piping, cleaning and flushing, chemical treatment of hydronic the piping, and a building automation system.
