Rice & Gardner was involved in the redevelopment of 9.7 acres for sports fields, playground structures, water features, a pool, basketball court, 2 sound stages and an amphitheater, and tennis courts. Construction will include a remodeling of a new 16,300 sf. recreation center, and renovation of a 9,700 sf. community building and 4,000 sf. pool building.
Rice & Gardner provided major electrical service upgrades. This project is not only a replacement of the existing headquarter facility, but is intended to highlight sustainability and HVAC technologies to maximize employee productivity, and be flexible to meet the needs throughout the life of the facility.
