Rice & Gardner was involved in the 2011 Stafford Municipal School District Capital Bond Program with a construction budget of $50 million dollars.
The Rice & Gardner team focused on major safety and security upgrades, energy use reduction, and infrastructure upgrades. Rice & Gardner replaced major HVAC components, including air units and equipment, insulation, and piping. Rice & Gardner also renovated plumbing, fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and light fixtures.
