RGCI was selected as a Program Manager for the 2007 HISD Facilities Capital Program with a budget scope of $229 Million. Our services include prioritization and phasing of work, managing the design and construction contracts, including working with the owner and A/E on planning, programming, design, cost estimating, and adherence to program and budget requirements.
