Rice & Gardner was selected to provide retro-commissioning services under the CenterPoint Energy Commercial Retro-Commissioning Program to Cypress-Fairbanks ISD. Our role is to assist the district in identifying low-cost opportunities to improve the efficiency of existing major mechanical and electrical systems and reduce energy costs without adversely affecting facilities or systems. RCx services consisted of investigation and verification phase tasks and deliverables.
Facilities retro-commissioned consist of Cy-Fair High School, Cy-Lakes High School, and Arnold Middle School.
