Rice & Gardner is currently providing MEP Commissioning Services to Alvin Community College. The scope consisted of the full remodel of 2 campus buildings – the e-student center and Nolan Ryan center (board room/culinary teaching center) – re-model of restrooms, tv/radio dept. build out, and extensive MEP upgrades. Rice & Gardner’s services consisted of the commissioning of the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical lighting controls.
