Rice & Gardner is currently serving as the Commissioning Authority to Harris County Department of Education. The scope of services consists of the MEP commissioning of the ABS West Elementary School campus, including review of design documents, plans, specifications and narratives, review of project submittals pertaining to Commissioned systems, performance of Functional Performance Testing, creation and maintenance of Issues Log and O&M Manual, compilation of Commissioning Record, and Development of Cx Report.
