Eric has a proven track record of delivering complex capital projects across education, healthcare, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Eric began his career at Walt Disney World Co. in Orlando, Florida, where he laid the foundation for a career defined by customer service and operational excellence. Throughout his journey, Eric has led high-performing teams, launched new service divisions, and driven strategic growth at leading organizations, including Forney Construction, Tellepsen Services, and Memorial Hermann Health System.
Eric’s deep roots in Houston provide him with a nuanced understanding of the local market and a robust network of relationships across the region. In his new role as Vice President, Eric will steer the company’s growth and drive new business initiatives, leveraging his experience and insights to expand Rice & Gardner’s reach and impact.
