MEP Engineering Design - Rice & Gardner professionals offer mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design solutions in both new construction and renovation projects. Our services include energy modeling, which is using computer-based tools to simulate the energy use of a building throughout an entire year of operation. The U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Rating System (LEED®) requires energy modeling as part of their requirements in obtaining LEED certification.
