Fort Bend Independent School District

Rice & Gardner worked with Jamail & Smith Contractors to help manage the engineering design and budgeting efforts for Fort Bend ISD's 2007 Bond Program. This work involved design services for new central plants, lighting retrofits, improved site drainage, interior renovations, and other major improvements on Fort Bend ISD campuses. Our work included designing a replacement cooling tower for Clements High School, which was installed in 2008.
